SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to your order where applicable by law.


SHIPPING POLICY

Merchandise Shipping Policy

Domestic:

• To ensure that you are getting the cheapest shipping price, all merchandise orders of $50.00 or more are shipped for FREE using USPS Priority Mail! This way you receive FREE shipping plus you receive your items FAST! No more waiting days and weeks for your stuff!!
• We also offer USPS Express Mail delivery (1-2 days) for an additional cost to your total order amount.
• Most orders ship within 2 days (weekends and holidays excluded).
• USPS does not pick up or deliver packages on Sundays or Holidays.
• All orders are sent with tracking numbers for delivery confirmation.
• We will notify you via email with both your Item and tracking numbers once we receive your order. If for some reason you have purchased an item that we don’t have in stock we will email you regarding the product.

International:

• To ensure that you are getting the cheapest shipping price, all international merchandise orders are shipped via USPS Mail by the combined total merchandise weight.

• Select the desired shipping Country, State & Ship method from the drop down menus.
• Our web site will then automatically calculate the shipping cost based off your order total, location & ship method.

Surfboard Shipping - Domestic:
We try to make shipping your surfboard easy. We have setup a flat rate shipping fee based off of the region you live in. All the supplies and container to ship your surfboard safely are included. Plus, any merchandise other than surfboards are shipped FREE with your order. Please review the chart below to determine what your shipping cost is. All purchases must be paid in full before shipping.

Shipping Surfboard Internationally:
If you are purchasing a surfboard from outside the U.S., don't worry, Icons of Surf will shop around and find you the best shipping price for your surfboard order. Once you place your order, our buddies at Icons will get to work and email your shipping options and pricing.


RETURN POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy (Merchandise)

Please return any item within 30 days from the ship date. We'll be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. After 30 days we'll be glad to issue a merchandise credit. Please be certain to complete the return form within your package. Repack the item(s) in any shipping box and return the package to:

Shipping and Handling

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via USPS with delivery confirmation. Thank you.

Clothing

• All items must be unused and include the original packaging.
• Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached.
• If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean!
• Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shoes & Sandals

• Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging.
• If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on.
• Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes.
• Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Videos

• Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.
